There is a dog sanctuary that will probably soon be shut down. There are just a few days left. A petition is raising awareness and collecting signatures from around the world to stop the dogs from losing their homes and keep them alive. They will surely be collected if this is not stopped. What will happen to them is uncertain.

Sasha has done a great job for years helping the strays of the city.
There is also an organization that has gotten involved,Serbia’s forgotten Paws is doing a tremendous job with collecting strays, caring for them, and trying to find them homes! Oh my, not again! This same shelter was in the same predicament quite recently. I breathed a sign of relief when news came that the Harmony Fund had taken it under their wing; evidently it must only have been temporary. Will definitely share.
