In the U.S. when you are arriving at the city limits of most towns, there is often a sign that gives the name of the town. In some cases even the population.
For as long as I have lived here or rather been coming to Serbia, there have been town names when you enter the city limits.
This time I noticed a new sign that also posted to announce your entering a “grad” or town.
There are similar signs that tell of your exit of a town. They are exactly the same just with a slash through them.
The towns are often in Cyrillic and Latin (our alphabets letters). I like that better. I get to practice reading Cyrillic with a cheat sheet right there.
